Proposal for a townhouse competition.
For a high quality urban life at the site with a quiet environment and a convenient location, we arranged the townhouse, using three keywords, 'independency', 'variety' and 'relationship (interaction)'.
Each house with three floors is able to keep its independency by own private garden, dry area and roof-garden. They are planed to adopt a semi- skeleton / infill system, then they can cope with SOHO use or three bedrooms layout.
There prepared a green-full common garden which optimize the merit of living collectively.
From a point of view of ecology, we propose technologies for low energy environment, such as reuse of rainwater, passive floor heating, night time electricity etc.
