North to a parents' house, a new house for son's family was planed.
The reason why having a triangle plan in a square site is to gain the sunlight as much as possible and to have an openness facing to the garden. The first floor is completely closed to the north street; on the contrary the second floor is quite open. Diagonally arranged rooms are not facing to other houses, but making a peculiar area.
Concrete walls with zigzag ribs work as steady structure and realize structural wall free space at 1st floor.
The kitchen table and the washstand are stainless order-made ones.
