Muffler
The nickname of the muffler of BROS is "a shotgun muffler". I seem this to the imitation of SRX of YAMAHA. However, I do not worry about it. It is anxious whether it is possible quietly with such a short silencer. However, there is a chamber room in collector and be supplementing capacity. It is able to say that and the exhaust volume comes a little larger than the normal mufflers of other HONDA's motorcycles.
The exhaust pipe that grows from the cylinder be one of heavy pipe of stainless steel. It is seen as it is collected as soon as it enters into the muffler. But, for a while the middle of the chamber room, it does not collect to red circle neighborhood it goes ahead as.
A numerous small hole is opening to the silencer and collector. Thus, giving space to the outside of the hole by using the resonance expansion it seems to be doing the exhaust sound of the high frequency sound. This would be influencing the low exhaust sound of BROS with be thought.
But, I can not understand how much the work that does it quietly by the reversal of the exhaust is carried out in the inside, because there are not the data inside a chamber. In, expectation perhaps as for the chamber room, is likely to there be a collector inside. Looks there is not space enough that the exhaust establishes such a room where reverses, because it is. I think whether or not it is not the cause that this hit, is thought that volume is big a little bit more, the normal mufflers of other motorcycles.
