Changing the muffler
This is shop brand muffler made by MOTO POSH. It had been attached to my BROS before when I bought BROS from former owner. It can use to BROS Product-1&2. Silencer is made from carbon, exhaust pipe is made from aluminum, and collector is made from steel.
Exhaust pipe passes under swing arm after collecting pipe, goes to fender's side. I am quite that it conscious RC30.
It uses normal exhaust pipe to collector. The Structure of silencer is straight type.
However, this product is not produced at present. It is because the popularity of BROS, is not Japan now......
This is muffler of before installing. There are super trapp disks and end cap on the silencer end. This muffler can install super trapp disks (4inch) and other super trapp parts. Off cause, there is a normal silencer end.
By the way, it can't coexist with left tandem step.
This is the step of changing. First, loosens the 4 volts of step, chamber and exhaust pipe. At the same time, you can work easy that you lossen the volts of exhaust pipe root.
Next, removing the tandem step, muffler is connected with exhaust pipe. Place of exhaust pipe is to move to before from standard place. And, bolting up the exhaust pipe bands. If you bolt too hard, the screw is broken.
And, bolting up to all bolts, the step is finish with confirming exhaust leakage.
