YAMAHA have developed many Engine devices, YPVS (YAMAHA Power Valve System), YEIS (YAMAHA Energy Induction System), YDIS (YAMAHA Duo Intake System), etc.
But, do you know YCLS that it has Mate? This device contributes to economy.

YCLS (Yamaha Computerized Lubrication System)
YCLS is new system that it was developed by@YAMAHA. It controls oil supply to engine, returns extra oil to oil tank. So, exhaust smoke decreases, it prevents falling off of performance by blocking of muffler with carbon.
So, YCLS was equipped Mate from '94, to prevent carbon and, white smoke inside the muffler that are easy to be blocked, in the business model that there are many departure and stops. And, YCLS is equipped business use scooter "GEAR", offroad model "LANZA"
But, I don't feel inconvenience that there is not YCLS by my Mate. I don't think that my Mate consumes oil well, smoke is much. A little smoke because I ride Mate using high revolution area???
